Great location, lots of great shopping, and food closeby. Easy access to mulitple subway lines. Close to Lawson, Family Mart, and 7 Eleven snd a really nice laundrmat too. Dated hotel, needs updates. Especially climate control.

Property is exceptional in their customer service and staff. Basic rooms are smaller and feel cramped when staying there, but that’s the only feedback worth mentioning. Everything else was superior and it’s a great location.

This is a decent hotel with a good location, cozy rooms and helpful staff. The fact that they provide umbrella for guests during rainy days is a really nice touch. Bathrooms are a bit outdated and smell humid.

The room is situated in a very convenient spot, close to a train station and close to a lot of Ginza attractions. The room is comfortable but is a bit of a right squeeze if you have large luggage. We got a bookmark as a gift. Would recommend for a comfortable stay.
