"The property itself is beautiful, the staff were really friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend based on all of this. A couple things to be aware of: Not a lot of dining around if you aren’t comfortable with the local food stalls (Thai language only), we were so this was no issue for us. The other thing I would mention is when we were leaving we asked staff if they could call us a taxi to Rassada, the hotel staff told us they had a car, did not offer alternatives and that it would be 500 baht, which is quite a lot for a less than 10 minute drive comparative to the area, but not a lot generally. We obliged and it was just what seemed to be the front desk staff’s personal vehicle and she google maps’d the whole drive and took a wrong turn as she wasn’t sure of where to go. "

"Dog friendly at this hotel and it has a very beautiful interior landscape with plants and palm trees. Pool located above the hotel’s sky view on the seventh floor. Also there is a restaurant with menu. There is a very modern and very good Laundromat nearby and is at least 40 meters walk."

"When you first drive down the street you think, oh god, where am I going as it’s a fairly poor area but once you get to the resort they treat you to a drink. Beautiful clean rooms. We stayed in a private pool villa. The aircon is cold, just have to give it a few mins to kick in. The restaurant staff is lovely. Special thanks to the 2 night shift girls that treated us awesome. My wife and I were very happy. A 7/11 is a short walk away. I walked at 11pm and it was safe. The locals are nice. The hotel includes free transfers to the main areas in Phuket including shopping. Very handy. Again, a lovely gorgeous hotel. Highly recommend it "
