"me and my girlfriend stayed here for 1 night to go to the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary that’s quite close. we self checked in at 7pm. room was tidy and clean with awesome AC. The staff is very helpful and assisted us with anything she could (helps get taxi, answers all questions about area). would stay here again however the area surrounding is just some small quiet town with not a lot going on (however the locals are VERY friendly and we were easily able to hitchhike the 5 min drive to elephant...

"Excellent hotel. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, they made our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city. You could rent mopeds from them. Arranged rides to the city nights market and helped with day trips bookings to James Bond Island, Phi Phi island, and to the Turtle sanctuary. "Don’t think of another place, just stay here. Amazing personalised service, the staff knew us after the first couple of days. Currently undergoing renovation but we never felt it, amazing through and through Special staff especially Du (who always had a smile on his face) and the whole buggy team, Pla and the saffron team, and our housekeeping staff member Suchada (K. Poo) Private pools are great, lots of free shuttles to nearby shopping, beach clubs, far enough from the other side of Phuket but still close enough if you want to experience it We spent 9 days there and honestly should’ve easily spent 9 more, we will be back in a few months "

"This is a follow up review. I must say they didn’t disappoint. I’ll be back and will definitely be staying here in November. The staff although not versed in the English language try their best to communicate and exceeds all customer service expectations. This place is new and they have a lot to improve on but the potential is definitely there for them to become a 6 star resort."

"We had a very pleasant stay here being our first time at Phuket. Although, things were pretty distance away. They had accommodation and transportation to Phuket Old Town and Shopping which will take 40-50mins via van (must book day prior). Other free amenities were free kayaking and ride to the supalai beach. We had the sea view room which was beautiful. We choose breakfast option which is just couple of dollars more (highly recommended to keep you full). We went at low season in mid May which is a lot quieter and less people. The staff were very welcoming and nice. Overall, it was a beautiful stay and would highly recommend if you want a quiet and beautiful place with free accommodation!"
