Very helpful and excellent service from kitchen to front desk and the cleaner who helped open my door as I had so many stuff on hand. It’s a shame I didn’t get all their names. But all in all 10/10💯"

"The room didn't have a kettle. Also no plug sockets next to the bed. The room service breakfast that they provided didn't arrive on time and made my day late, the service from the manager was very poor and she was arrogant not worth the money "

"Perfect for our stay in derby, we were roadside, next to the pelican so a bit noisy until early hours. Breakfast was ok, food hot and no waiting for anything. Downside, lift was broken so not great for restricted mobility. Thankfully I was ok today. "

"The Hotel is charming and very clean and tidy. The staff are very welcoming, polite and efficient. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Overall our stay was everything that we had hoped for."
