"The hotel is the perfect central location for the city and everything is within walking distance. Wonderful front desk staff who managed to answer all my questions! I loved the rooms and the view from the room and the amazingly soft bed. Nice glass shower with good pressure too. The breakfast buffet area has an amazing view -- it is so cool to see all the snow capped Alps around you. The buffet was very good, with super alpine ham too!"

"When I arrived there was no one at the front desk. While it is not such a big deal there are no elevators so if you have a heavy bag, be prepared to carry it up the stairs. Breakfast was ok, the property was clean, staff friendly. Shower was very small."

"Location off-centre, convenient for the University, Minimundus and Wörthersee. The access to the city centre is not too complicated, takes about 15-20min by local bus though a bit of being organised helps as the local buses only run every 30min. The room was rather basic, felt mostly like an upgraded dorm, although it was clean and bathroom was in a good shape. Staff welcoming and helpful. Breakfast good with both hot and cold options."
