"breakfast was quite nice but there wasn't much fresh fruit. I wasn't given the wifi code when I arrived and there was noone on reception in the evening to ask. When I did get it the signal was very weak and not worth having. "

"Location off-centre, convenient for the University, Minimundus and Wörthersee. The access to the city centre is not too complicated, takes about 15-20min by local bus though a bit of being organised helps as the local buses only run every 30min. The room was rather basic, felt mostly like an upgraded dorm, although it was clean and bathroom was in a good shape. Staff welcoming and helpful. Breakfast good with both hot and cold options."

"There is one staf who ruins the reputation and good service of the whole hotel, I would go again if I knew that she wasn't there. Good location"

"This property is located in a beautiful place, room was ok, and staff was friendly. However the hotel site and the ad are misleading and I will explain why. My friends and I were on a two week road-trip and this was our final stop before driving home to Germany. We selected the hotel and decided to pay a little extra because this place advertised a beautiful Spa and wellness area, open year round (this still shows on the site). "This hotel is a very short walk from Lake Bled, but is set back from the main road so that it's quiet. It has a large free parking area in front. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful - outstanding! Our room was very clean and comfortable, with everything that we needed. Breakfast included everything to start the day well. Lake-side cafes and restaurants are nearby. It's easy to rent bikes and go for a ride around Lake Bled in under and hour. We'd love to go back to this hotel anytime."
