"The appartment could do with a new modern bathroom/power shower and kitchen. The shower is terrible, zero water pressure and impossible to sustain desired temperature. "The property we stayed in was different from the one we originally chose because of issues? When we arrived there was no one to meet us, the house was freezing. There was no welcome folder telling us how things worked. The tv did not work. The WiFi did not work. The toilet downstairs did not flush until the button had been pushed about ten times. "The property was better than described. The facilities were ideal and extensive, especially the swimming pool. It was just what we needed for a rainy weekend away with ages ranging from 5 to 70. All the bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds. The bathrooms had good showers and plenty of hot water. The kitchen/family room worked really well meaning we could all be together. Stephanie replied quickly to any queries and was very helpful. We would definitely return."
