"Good stay, van definitely showing its age. In need of repair in places. Little park outside. We didn’t use as no kids of relevant age. Water between the van and the park so would have concerned me if booked with that in view. Mostly clean with everything you need. If not a bit overpriced. "Clean and comfy interior - really appreciated the small gestures from the owner such as a special anniversary touch as requested, sourdough bread and other items for breakfast."

"We had a fantastic weekend away in The Hovel. Beautiful well equipped property with beautiful views. Can’t wait to stay again!"

"What a wonderful home from home. Everything you need for a short break away. Comfy beds, lovely bath and shower, great log burner sustainable (air source) heating. Couldn't fault it and would have stayed longer if we could. Some lovely local landmarks including St Botolphs Church and Farnborough Hall just a short walk away. Would highly recommend and look forward to rebooking 👍"
