The best Hotel in Birmingham. Staff go above and beyond, excellent shower, comfy bed, spotlessly clean, super service and perfect breakfast. What more could you need. Can't wait to return, such a treat.

I had a perfect stay here. The staff were absolutely amazing, went the extra mile for me and made it a warm and friendly stay for me as a solo traveller. I find it quite rare to experience such genuine warmth from a city centre hotel. I will definitely stay here again in future. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Location is great, very central to the business district and immediate distance to the shops.
