Arrived late but was attended to out of hours and the staff were helpful and nice throughout.

Booked as a last minute shopping trip accommodation and what a pleasant surprise, hotel was lovely and every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, we went for a special menu at night and had a fantastic meal , Will certainly go back

We stayed here to celebrate my husbands special birthday. From the moment we drove up and saw the impressive ship we knew we were in for a special treat. Everything about this place is incredible. The staff were so helpful and very welcoming. You helped make my husbands birthday treat a very special memory. Thank you !

I can't fault the hotel, the staff, the bar, the food or the price. Staff were young but knowledgable. Food was simple but delicious. The bar had inventive twists on drinks (Negronis with port replacing Martini Rosso? A hot chocolate with Remy Martin?) If you're looking for a hotel that is bang in the centre of Edinburgh, look elsewhere. This is in the beautiful area of Stockbridge, 20min walk or 5 min bus ride from Princes St. We'll stay here again. Loved it.

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We stayed in the Townhouse Suite which was larger than our London flat! By far the best value for money we have ever got from a hotel room. Staff were excellent and very helpful. The onsite "honesty shop" was also very well stocked with a range of food and drinks with a lovely lounge area to enjoy them in. We have already booked this hotel again for our next trip to Edinburgh.

An excellent hotel with character, class, and great service. I can understand why The Balmoral Hotel is such a famous place to stay when visiting Edinburgh.

Wonderful stylish hotel just opened so very clean and fresh. My room was an apartment with kitchenette (I don't think there is a dining room), high quality spacious bathroom and very high speed WiFi. Staff pleasant, location central and good bar/cafe area. I wanted to stay longer and will definitely stay next time.

The room was very well appointed. There was plenty of storage space, sockets in convenient places and the shower room was perfect. It was great to have a proper plug in hairdryer and also an iron and ironing board. The bed was really comfortable. And on a longer stay, the kitchen area with sink, fridge and microwave, would have been very useful. I have never stayed at this hotel before and I will 100% be returning. Super clean, fantastic finish and the bed sheets were so soft! Couldn’t fault a single thing. We stayed on a Saturday night (on floor 9) and you could hear a tiny bit of noise from local streets but did not disturb our sleep one bit. All staff were super friendly too. Fab location too. Thank you so much.

The quality of the place exceeded my expectations - boutique aparthotel, arranged with great taste, immaculately clean. Everything was werking well - air con can be adjusted to any temperature you want, there are kitchen appliancec in the room: WM, DW, fridge, and even the tumble dryer, plus iron and ironing board. There is a gym at the lower grand floor - small, but all machines are new, and working well. Book with confidence-you wont be dissapointed!

Girlfriends 24th birthday so we stayed in the junior suite and it is one of the best views and rooms I have ever stayed in.
