Loved the small pool and the roof top bar. I went there everyday. Also, had a nice gym with a view of the city. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Hanoi."

Another highlight is the breakfast buffet, which is super high quality and has a great assortment of food to cover all preferences. Thanks to Julie and Jesse for making this a great experience."

Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast staff were wonderful and made every morning feel special. The spa was fantastic and so relaxing, and the bellboys were always helpful and welcoming with a smile. From beginning to end, every detail was wonderful. We truly felt cared for and welcomed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"
