"Decent hotel, we found the hotel bed really uncomfortable, bad night sleep now suffering the consequences of a bad back."

"Staff need training on what disabled guests need. Was incorrectly given a non accessible room on checking in, then just allocated a room with shower. The restaurant was inaccessible to disabled guests. It involved numerous step (both up and down), and didn’t seem to care when I explained that stairs were difficult for me. The lift for wheelchair access was non operational the entire stay. Access to the shower was difficult."
