We stayed here the night before our tunnel crossing, having travelled from the north west. Family room was very comfortable and clean. Evening meal was very good and breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Kent makes a great destination for families, with its wonderfully diverse landscape, long coastline and fabulous attractions that are perfect for the whole family. The great cities such as Dover and Canterbury have a rich heritage and famous buildings and monuments, and Kent's shores are famous for their sandy beaches and cliff-top walks. There's something in Kent for every age and taste, and families also have a comprehensive choice on offer when it comes to accommodation options. Choosing a family-friendly hotel in Kent will give you the perfect base for exploring the Garden of England in all its glory.
Family-friendly hotels in Kent are in the business of providing all the comforts of home to all members of the family group. In the past, children were famously supposed to be seen and not heard, or treated as merely small adults and something of an embarrassing appendage! Nowadays, they are universally acknowledged to have full human rights and that includes the right to enjoy themselves on holiday. Family friendly hotels in Kent ensure that they are able to do just that.
Whether your family-friendly hotel is located in Canterbury or next to Romney Marsh you'll have facilities such as a play area for the kids and WiFi for the ubiquitous PlayStations and social networking activities. There'll probably also be crèche facilities to hand if you fancy an evening out on your own on occasion. Book in to a family-friendly hotel like Broadstairs House in Broadstairs or The Royal Harbour Hotel in Ramsgate and you're guaranteed to have a brilliant time.
In an age when most people are loathe to leave their family pet at home when they head off on holiday, it's all the more important to have hotel facilities that cater to the needs of our children. You'll find these excellent hotels spread right across the county, and Kent is so packed with fantastic attractions and opportunities for outdoor activities that you'll never be short of great things to do together. The hotel will make a perfect base for your ideal break in sunny Kent.
