"Absolutely fabulous view from the sea view balcony room. Very friendly reception staff, amazing location right by the Sealife Centre. Unfortunately the room was below par. The shower randomly 'ran out of water' and there was no temperature control so it remained boiling hot; the kettle"

"Excellent location, a short walk into town and some excellent cafes and restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed and spacious room, everything clean. Owners very friendly and helpful when we booked in. We were able to purchase a parking permit cheaply and, although parking tricky,we managed to find a space a short distance away. At time of visit there was only one towel hanger; some extra hooks and a shelf for washbags etc would be useful! Overall a very enjoyable stay!"

"Stunning views of the coast and pier from my room. Comfy bed, small bathroom but a nice shower. Fabulous, friendly and helpful staff. "

"The staff were friendly and responsive but there were a couple of basic things that should’ve been better. The sink was not working in the bathroom (!) and the sink in my bedroom was partially blocked. I mentioned both and they said they would look at the latter but it wasn’t fixed. The door also constantly slams - there is a notice on one side telling guests not to let it do so but it should be on the other side and/or fixed so it doesn’t."

"Basic but plenty nice. A block from the coastline bus. Two blocks from the Brighton Pier. Pleasant breakfast. Easy check-in and nice staff. An Expedia sweet spot. "

"Back room. Spacious city view was the back of the terraced houses, big contrast to the front of the hotel. Friendly staff, nice food. Arrange your front parking brfore u arrive as it first come first serve."
