"We stayed in three different hotels while in Poland. Two and Warsaw and this one in Krakow. This one was by far our favorite. Should we come back to Krakow We will definitely be staying here."

"Made the right choice booking Eden Hotel. I am not a fan of large chain hotels and prefer some history and character. Eden had this. The old Jewish quarter is wonderful and so glad I picked. Family room really large with 3 beds 1 in separate room. Staff nice but out so much did not have lots of interaction."

"Great location, very good spacious room, lovely restaurant, felt a bit like staying in a museum (in a good way) Old style walk up apartment. I loved it. "

"This hotel is in a great position, 10 minute walk to Schindler's factory, across the road to the Jewish Quarter and 20 minute walk to the Old Town. The reception staff are incredibly helpful and willing do all they can. The breakfast was a continental buffet: cereals, breads, fruit, yoghurts, meats, cheeses, cakes, eggs and more. As others have said the trams are noisy and we were at the back of the hotel and could still hear them . The rooms are well equipped and perfectly suitable for purpose, however, the walls are not soundproofed and we heard loud conversations in the next room and for two nights running, noises of a more personal affair - not great at 4am!"
