"Lovely property in the old Jewish area. Easy to walk to the old town and around the Jewish area. Close to the train station for the link to the airport. Breakfast was excellent and the bar and outside area were lovely. The rooms were quiet and spacious. Great idea to forgo a room clean and get a voucher for a glass of Prosecco or coffee or late check out. "

"The hotel is in the perfect location right in the centre. The staff and hotel were fantastic Prosecco on ice in room together with fruit and a free mini bar with water and soft drinks. We had breakfast included which was exceptional it included polish cold meats and cheese and hot breakfast made to order. Will return x"

"The Loft was a wonderful and relaxing hotel for our stay in Krakow. For the first time of us staying in Poland, this was a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and they provided great bath products for us to use in the shower. We enjoyed the breakfast at their restaurant, the restaurant in general, as well as the spacious rooms with air conditioning and tv. We recommend this hotel 100% and will be back. "

"Our stay at this property was just dreamy. We receive free upgrade of our room on arrival due to it being my partner’s birthday. The room was amazing, spacious and clean. The staff were always warm and welcoming, happy to help with any enquiries we had. Even helping to accommodate us with an early check in due to our flight times. The hotel its self was stunning, the breakfast options were plentiful. My favourite part of the stay has to be the self serve lavender they put out in the evening, where you’re able to fill a pouch with dried lavender to take to your room. I thought this was a beautiful touch. Thank you to everyone who made our stay amazing!"
