"Clean room and lovely staff. We arrived late at night and there was an incident being dealt with in the foyer by police and ambulance but the staff on duty were great even escorting us some of the way until we were clear of the incident. The staff are a credit to the hotel, clearly taking pride in customer service. We would gladly stay again."

"Room perfect for the purpose of a family of 4 getting a good nights sleep before an early flight. Customer service and restaurant staff not of the same quality as I’ve experienced in other Hilton hotels. Restaurant service was terribly slow, staff all inefficient, inexperienced and a lazy manager. When I asked for the service charge to be removed at no point did she ask why…. Looked like an unhappy camp although the number of staff was plentiful for the customers in the restaurant."

"Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the rooms were immaculate. Breakfast and dinner was delicious, great selection for both although didnt get our drinks until we finished our meal. Downstairs bar was closed which was disappointing as had to keep going upstairs to purchase drinks while we enjoyed the games area. Could have happily spent all day in the pool area so relaxing well looked after, staff so friendly."
