We stayed in a building separate from the main hotel and had an incredible view with a quaint balcony. Staff assisted us by bringing out luggage to the room which was very kind after a long day of traveling. Complimentary breakfast was provided and the meal was incredible. "We love love loves this hotel! It was quiet and right on the lake so we had beautiful views, but super convienent to downtown Interlaken. The family room was incredibly spacious and the breakfast buffet every morning was terrific. Would absolutely stay here again!"
