"Hotel is located conveniently right next to the train station, and a Starbucks is right down stairs for those caffeine needs. The hotel is also in the same building as a shopping center that includes GU, Muji, and a number of restaurants that is accessible directly from a door behind the Front Desk. The room leaves a bit to be desired though. A bit small, but serviceable. Restroom design is a bit eccentric and maybe a turn off for some travelers. There are distinctive wet and dry parts of it, but the toilet doesn’t have vent separately and shares the same accessible space as the main room. There is a door you can close, but it does not ends in a completely closed off space. Wet part is shower only, no tub. Some days I want to soak but can’t because all there is just a sitting stool. Public bath is available, but it might not be a thing for everybody. Laundry amenity is horrible. Machines available are washer dryer combo machines and it couldn’t dry my cloth even after 500 yen and 1.5 hours of drying time. Luckily there is a coin laundry not too far and I had to do my laundry there for the rest of the stay. Other than that, pretty standard fare for a Japanese business hotel. Most of the supplies like toothbrush and teas are available at the front desk. The elevator design is rather inconvenient because it’ll always stops at the 6th floor front desk. One out of three doesn’t go to the first floor and you must transfer to the other two if you get on that one."

"This hotel was amazing and went beyond our expectations! First of all I’d like to acknowledge all the staff!! Especially Sasaki! Everyone was very friendly and genuinely cared about making our stay a comfortable one. The house cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful too! The staff truly made us feel welcome and made our trip extra special! The hotel was very clean and spacious. Perfect for our family of four. (2 adults and 2 teens) Loved that our room came with a stovetop, electric kettle, medium sized refrigerator/freezer and even a toaster oven. Plates, utensils, bowls, etc were included as well. The washer/dryer was a huge plus for our long stay. Loved the bath products, robes, and even bath salts were provided! The location is excellent with a Family Mart and grocery store just steps away. Train station and electric town about 10 minutes away walking distance. We can’t wait to return again soon one day! Most importantly we will miss the staff here that became our friends!! Keep up the great work Hotel Monday Apart Premium Akihabara!! You are all wonderful and truly know how to provide excellent customer service and run a beautiful hotel that goes above and beyond!!! You made our stay a memorable one!! Aloha and God bless!!"

"Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. No detail was too small. The service was legendary. I had a standard room and found the view to be breathtaking. You will want to include breakfast when making your reservation because they have everything you could imagine. I’m thinking about changing my itinerary to stay be able to stay here a few more nights at the end of my trip."
