Everything was clean and tidy. Good shower and facilities available in room. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The communal area is small and basic but we managed to find seats easily. We appreciated the happy hour and complementary takoyaki. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Kanda station and Yamamoto line. The area felt safe and clean and there’s a 7/11 around the corner.
