"This is like a little hideaway, when the cab pulled up to the building there’s just an elevator door to get into the hotel on the 3rd floor. The staff was exceptional and helped us with everything from locations of restaurants, subways, and things to do I would give them an A+ and would recommend this place."
"Had a lovely 5 nights at this hotel. Room was very clean and modern, it's a newer property with nice fitout. Not much happening in the lobby but gym and pool looked good (didn't use).Lots of restaurants around. Nice stay!"

"I stayed at the Okura Garden Hotel Shanghai for nearly a month and had a wonderful experience. The bedding was very comfortable, the room was kept spotlessly clean, and the indoor swimming pool was my favorite part of the hotel. The housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive.
