Home delivery food was very delicious they listened attentively to all the requests made. Complimentary fruit every evening, minibar and an upgrade! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Jing An. Reels Mall is a 2 minute walk, the Kerry Centre is a 5 minute walk. nearest metro is Jing A Temple which is on line 2, most convenient line which gets you pretty much everywhere. 20 minute walk to West Nanjing Road. Overall great hotel, perfect location with lots of shops and dinning options. Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. Spa area was lovely. Few observations however, the jacuzzi had some particles floating in it. Staff is super kind and helpful. Only down side is the breakfast which is charged about $40/p and is not at the level for Asia. The other hotel on the same group in Beijing (The PuXuan) offers a more complete and refined buffet in comparison.
