Safe and quiet and spacious. Comfy bed. Room had a balcony. No complaints at all about the room or foyer. I was disappointed that only on one occasion over 4 days that there was someone on the front desk who understood a little english. No help there at all for a traveller. Outside the hotel was atrocious. At the front door there are 8 lanes of traffic and a big intersection. Over all those lanes was an overpass as well. The room in the hotel was very nice a spacious and the facilities were generally good. One pet hate was the toiletries on the bathroom. Those small individual bottles aren’t overly eco friendly and were never enough for the couple of showers we took each day. The room had a balcony but the hotel restricts access which feels pointless. Our experience of reception when we checked in wasn’t that great. We are a gay couple and when reception queried the one bed and we confirmed it was ok, staff were clearly gossiping in Chinese about that. Not a great feeling. My other criticism was the WiFi which we could not log onto.
