The front desk and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with luggage or opening doors. The room was beautifully prepared, with thoughtful touches like a welcome fruit plate and steam eye masks. The bathroom was spacious with excellent water pressure — such a great shower experience! Before we checked out, the hotel even gave us a lovely farewell gift: a set of bookmarks shaped like plane tree leaves, a charming symbol of the local streets. It was such a meaningful gesture.
