"The house was lovely, very well equipped and in the perfect location, Dolphins in The Bay at the bottom of the street and very close to Coles and small shopping centre.We had a slow moving drain in one of the showers, the property manager came out within an hour of messaging them to fix the issue. Our only gripe was the WFI dropped out a few times and the TV in the bedroom only had 2 channels. Other than that everything was perfect. A welcome bottle of wine, milk and coffee pods were a lovely touch arriving at night and walking in the house to a gorgeous blazing wood fire was perfect after driving down from Sydney in the rain. "

"Great location, very close to the beach and easy to walk to. Home felt newly renovated bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was decently stocked with utensils and plates/cups etc. Nice open windows but if you want to sleep in, just FYI the wooden Venetian blinds do let some light through. Good if you want to wake up early!Went during Easter so the internet was a little slow but that's because there's more people down there, lucky we brought some board games anyway to entertain ourselves.Also make sure you turn on the switch for the hot water too as it runs on solar and might run out after a few people showering. Had to put a 1000 bond through direct deposit which seemed a little steep (it is mentioned before during booking) but that was returned promptly after confirming check out.Jervis Bay area was lovely hope to come back to the area soon. "
"This property is great for a group; plenty of bedrooms, enormous living room & both indoor and outdoor dining tables. The bedrooms were quite warm as only had fans no ducted aircon, but the pool was great to cool off in. We had 1 issue with 1 bed not been made on arrival but thankfully had a set of linen with us - if we hadn’t then this would have been a big problem as the pull out couch bed without linen is not very appealing. A cleaner was able to come the next day, however we didn’t receive any compensation for the delay. "
