We were advised there would be a $20 late fee if we arrived late. This could be avoided. Upon calling the phone numbers displayed on the front door, we were told that staff were unable to locate our reservation and that we would have to wait for the property manager to answer his phone. I became very distressed as it was New Years Eve weekend and every property in the area was fully booked. As all the car spots assigned to each motel room were full and our reservation could not be found, I assumed that the motel may have overbooked. We are very grateful that a staff member, who was not supposed to be working at the time, answered her mobile and resolved the miscommunication, though we did wait outside of the property for an hour and postpone our dinner reservations.
