The location is wonderful - within a lovely small village with spectacular scenery, friendly people, and several choices of eateries The accommodation itself is maintained immaculately. The owners obviously takes a great deal of pride in their home, and in providing a wonderful experience to those why stay there. Standards of cleanliness...

"I cannot fault this property at all! We stayed here around 5 years ago and couldn’t wait to return (unfortunately COVID prevented it being sooner)! The property is lovely, clean and cosy. Great location and only around 30 seconds walk from the village. Parking is a bonus. Highly recommended."

"Lovely modern flat. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Communication from the owner was great from booking to departure. Local shop (5mins walk) and nice pub a short walk (20mins ish) in next village. Easy drive to Harrogate and various walks in Yorkshire Dales."

"Lovely accommodation for our 5 families to get together... 10 adults, 4 children and 3 dogs. Location is perfect, right in the centre of Darlington with parks close by for the children. A little bit dated but absolutely perfect for what we wanted. Great big bay windows for people watching onto the street was also a massive bonus (although the windows only opened from the bottom up so dangerous for the little ones and dogs, just to bare in mind, but not a negative in anyway!) Property...

"Absolutely loved our stay from start to finish. The property was decorated for Christmas with a tree on arrival. Excellent facilities, WiFi, washing machine and super cooking area. The breakfast across the street included was super fresh fruit, full English, full menu available included. We've booked again for December this year. Brilliant walks and stunning scenery, shops nearby, everyone so welcoming. Thank you so much. "

"We chose the apartment for a 2 night stay as we were going to a day spa at the Devonshire arms at Bolton Abby - about 30 minutes drive away. It was lovely with fun decor - just as on the photo. Spacious for 2 people and well equipped. The Wellington inn in Darley was a short drive away and does fabulous food! My only watch out is that if you are tall, the beds do have ends so might not work (my husband is 6 6 and would not be comfortable)."

"We booked for a base as an Easter getaway with walks from the doorstep. It was Perfect, the property has allocated packing right outside the front door, it was clean, everything we needed was there! A lovely garden area to sit and relax in the sunshine with a glass of wine after a long walk in the dales! The property was in a quiet courtyard/lane just a few steps away from the main Grassington Square! Would definitely return."

"Beautiful cosy and comfortable cottage ideally situated in the glorious setting of Grassington. Local pubs and food were great. People very friendly and welcoming. Stunning scenery and even managed to see Wharfdale play rugby on Saturday (yes they won). Would definitely come back, almost forgot an epic trip to Wensleydale to the cheese makers. Absolutely fascinating and lots of cheese purchased"
