"Our family so enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for our family of five with a great set up for family dinners, movie nights, morning coffee with a view, or just relaxing. The home was so clean and has everything you need. We enjoyed that it was a bit off the beaten path and the wonderful quiet at the house. We used the home as our base for exploring both Albuquerque and Santa Fe and it was easy to access both. The hosts were attentive and made the check in/check out process incredibly easy."

"The property was very comfortable and felt like home. They have everything we needed like breakfast items,coffee, and games for our teenagers. I especially enjoyed the little courtyard. It was very peaceful, while I sipped on some wine and read a book. I also felt very safe, because it has a automatic gate and we were secured from any wildlife."

"Had to attend a family event in Rio Rancho. Chose this home due to its spacious interior, new build and you can use the garage! It was quiet, close enough to be convenient but far enough to feel away from everything. If we ever need yo be in NM again, will definitely chose this VRBO."

"Everything was as shown in the pictures. A very nice well kept property with beautiful plantings. The drive up to the house was a little rough from the rain but we have an SUV So no problem. We enjoyed the hot tub and the large table for card playing and conversation."

"We had a very enjoyable time. Everything was clean. The kitchen utensils were well stocked. The horses in the back were fun to watch and even pet briefly. I think there were only two things that we or our friends commented negatively on. The traffic noise outside the living room because the house is closer to the road than we thought and the beds were too firm for our liking. It also would have been nice if the larger brown chair in the living room was in better shape and didn’t need a cover...
