"I had a lovely 4days October 16-20 The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would really recommend it It’s a 100 years old. A beautiful and wonderful hotel I will certainly return"

"There was a musty smell in the elevator and the hallways. The room was reasonably clean but there was mildew on the bathroom shower grout. One of the beds creaked. There was also a lot of noise from people outside (there is a pub downstairs)."

"An enjoyable stay in Jasper. Property is conveniently located within walking distance of a supermarket and numerous restaurants. Parking is available so no worry about where to park. Accommodation is in the basement so can be a bit dark. Having said that we spent the days exploring so were only there at the start and end of the day so this was not an issue for us. There was a small kitchen which was fine for us. There were various condiments available if required. The host provided a welcome basket of snacks which was appreciated.We enjoyed Jasper and surroundings so have just booked this property again for a stay in 2027."
