"Original hotel under construction. Had difficulty finding check in desk. Once checked in I had to drive and enter hotel via the side doors into a stairwell and carry all luggage up to the second floor. The window of the room faced into the atrium which was completely under construction, the view from the window was scaffolding. I can appreciate that upgrades and construction are necessary over time, however this information should be passed onto the customer prior to booking."

"Nice location, friendly staff, hotel and rooms are a bit outdated. We stayed at the room 2nd floor beside the swimming pool so the room was humid and full off pool smell. Ran out of hot water at night due to hotel was at full capacity. But was too tired and made it through the night. "

"Beautiful lakefront suite, our dogs loved looking out the windows and the extra touches they provided for my husband’s birthday were perfect. "

The staff was friendly and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcomed. The location was perfect, and all amenities were well maintained. "We were very happy upon arrival due to great front counter staff and a fast check-in process! Our room was clean and quiet with parking right outside our room. A Starbucks is in the same parking lot,50 steps from our room. Our favorite part had to be the pool with an indoor and outdoor hot tub and also a sauna,we found it busy in the evening but first thing in the morning on both Thursday and Friday we had the pool area to ourselves for most the morning. Really happy with our stay and would strongly recommend a stay here! "
