"LOVED OUR STAY!!! One of the best stay we’ve had. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff were always so friendly and very helpful. There’s also a restaurant on the property so if you didn’t want to pay extra for parking downtown it’s a good option! But if u did want to save money for parking and wanted to go downtown the hotel provides a bus pass for your stay. The robes were a must for the outdoor hot tub. We were upgraded free of charge which was amazing. The place had a home feel to it. Definitely recommend."

"Great location near the ski bus and all the downtown restaurants. Well appointed rooms. Good breakfast place in the hotel- fast enough to catch the 745 Louise bus. Hot tub and heated pool outside is nice to relax in. "

"The chairs and sofa were old, hard and very uncomfortable! Although staff said the pillows were new, they were also hard and uncomfortable. No furniture on the patio."

"The newly renovated rooms at the forest park are really nice. We had a kitchenette room. There were a few kitchen items missing but the staff quickly delivered everything we asked for. My son forgot a toothbrush and they also delivered us a little travel toothbrush and toothpaste which saved us a trip to the store. We were there over spring break and the hotel is undergoing a major renovation. This is definitely needed as I stayed in one of the older rooms last year and it was not great and had a funky smell. Because of the renos, parking is tight be we still got a spot when we needed. The pool is closed but they provided us with access to the pool (essential with our kids) at the Marmot which is next door. I only have good things to say about the property and how they are navigating the renovation, however I am a bit disappointed with Expedia. They did not know of or disclose the renovation and lack of on-site swimming pool (which is actually why we chose this property). If I had booked through the hotel directly, that would have been transparent AND they were offering a 20% discount because of the inconvenience. I paid more through Expedia than I would have if I had booked on my own."

"AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We are def coming back. The sauna was delish too. Staff was great and the room was soooooo comfortable. Shoutout to the body wash they have… all the soaps and lotions provided in the suite were exquisite. Also super close to everything."
