"The apartment was well-distributed, the balcony was large, the cleaning personnel were friendly and service-minded.
The parking was free and roofed, which was really nice. The surroundings were nice, close to Playa Blanca/Puerto Blanco, but the apartahotel is actually in Las Coloradas.
All in all a very nice experience and comes highly recommended."

"Our stay at Casa Bella was perfect! The villa is immaculate, spotlessly clean and has everything you need, truly a home from home! All the rooms are a good size, with a well kitted out / new kitchen. The outdoor space is excellent, with a well maintained pool and plenty of seating space. Mark and Lutia are great hosts…very attentive from the day we booked until the day we left. Overall 5 well deserved stars!We can’t wait to come back again next year!"
"When we arrived Jay & his lovely wife were there to greet us, & left us water, crisps, biscuits to get us started which was really nice. Throughout how holiday Jay would checking through texts to make sure everything was ok, the pool was cleaned twice a week, & clean bedding after 1st week. Jay & his wife were really nice & helpful. Would definitely recommend. If I would give little suggestion is that they had aircon as fan in room wasn't very cool, maybe mirror in bedrooms also maybe cover for pool as most morning we had bis of tree in it. thank you for a wonderful villa "

"We stayed at The Villa for 10 days in June 2025. The Villa is situated about one mile from Rubicon Marina and about half a mile from Playa Blanca centre. We enjoy walking so we found this a very pleasant form of exercise. Though there are taxis available. There is also a new Aldi a few hundred meters away for daily provisions.
The Villa itself has a spacious private parking area with the added security of an electronic gate.
Upon entry to the villa it was very clean, contemporary and very well appointed with everything you’d need.
The pool at the rear of the villa is once again very well appointed, spacious and with high walls making it private.
We really enjoyed our stay and would return.
It’s also worth noting that the organisation and support from Retreat Villas was spot on."
