"The resort is set up very nice, the pools are relaxing and well maintained. The rooms are rather small not much extra space. Bathroom needed better cleaning a lot of hair behind the door and toliet. Game room was nice just needs a few newer games. We weren't told the restaurant wasn't open for breakfast during the week only on weekends. Also wasn't told about the 200.00 per room hold on your card and we booked 2 rooms so wasn't happy about that. The facility is nice and well maintained...

"This was far and away the best "budget" hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was HUGE compared other places, immaculately clean, and the staff were all very courteous and friendly. The kid of treatment you'd expect from rural folks who treat everyone as family. I can't recommend this highly enough. If you're planning a stay in this area, don't even bother looking elsewhere. This is where you want to stay. "

"Our stay at the Shenandoah Crossing was wonderful! The setting was beautiful and the cabin was awesome! Very clean and modern with the rustic feel. All staff at the lodge were helpful and very nice! Our family enjoyed our stay very much! We’re already talking about making this a yearly trip! Thank you! "Everything was great with the exception of the check in process. Since this property is a timeshare, the owner is to book the rsvp under the travelers name. Checking in was a nightmare & the staff made it worse they urged me to leave because I was “scammed” after my family & I drove for hours to celebrate my fiancée’s birthday. I will say, when I contacted the host they were pretty quick to fix things and I was able to check in fine. The property is beautiful. Everything was great otherwise."
