The staff was always helpful & friendly. Our cabin was clean & well stocked. Be mindful the tvs aren't smart tvs, so you can't stream anything, mirror or Chromecast. If it rains, you're watching basic cable channels (which are fuzzy) they do have a cd player. It was 101° when we stayed. Property has an indoor pool which was closed for the summer & 3 outdoor pools (2 of which were closed for repairs & they don't tell you when you call) sooo we never got in the pool, because everyone was in that one pool & it was standing room only. The AC in all the buildings worked great! If you're staying in a cabin, make sure you have a flashlight, because the sidewalks are super dark. Would be nice if they had some solar path lights. They property is beautiful & very well maintained.

1st time staying there but it won't be the last. Everything is super clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and had plenty of activities. Rented a golf cart for a day to explore the property and wasn't disappointed.

Worth it! Reasonable pricing for activities. Great for family get togethers. A rememberable bonding trip made possible by the accommodations provided. We had the deluxe cabin, and even though the fireplace was not working, it was a great experience.

The place is beautiful and the staff is really nice. Many of the activities were not available when I was there, yet I was still charged for the activity fee. I was in the area on family business, so that did not affect me personally, but had I been there for recreation, I would have been very disappointed. There is also no housekeeping service in your room. When I complained that the coffee maker did not work, I was told it would be replaced, but that never happened.

The property was absolutely beautiful, and the rooms seemed newly redone. The value for the money was outstanding. We loved stepping outside and seeing the horses and the beautiful lake. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

We had a great a time this weekend, staff was amazing,very helpful, nice and attentive. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were out of service but we got to enjoy other ammenities and for the first time experieced horse backriding. We had a great times.

We had a lovely time during our stay. We booked for a wedding nearby and only spent 2 nights but we want to bring our family and come back for a week! The staff was so friendly and helpful no matter who you spoke to. There is plenty of fun things to do on the property and we can't wait to return and explore it all!

The property was very nice. When we checked in, we weren’t told about any amenities or where anything was, we had to explore ourselves to find everything. Which was ok, we just were confused about a few things. The staff was friendly, a man at the front desk at check-in, David, was a little rude and condescending but wasn’t outright disrespectful. We’d stay there again, just will be avoiding David 😂

We enjoyed our stay. Wendy was very friendly and helpful upon check in. She was attentive in hekping switch rooms due to noisey neighbors as well. Everything was clean. Beds were a little hard and sheets were scratchy. Vending machines were empty, but they kept a large container of ice water at the front lobby to refill our water bottles.
