"Rooms were clean consistently and often throughout the day. We stayed in privilege room but didn’t really get all the privilege amenities. Some of the staff were rude and expected a tip after doing a poor job. Allure lounge was closed most of our stay which was a key privilege private part we wanted to do. Overall great resort 4/5 for us."

"First time staying at Secrets Blanca Costa Mujeres. It was exquisite. Loved every square inch of the resort. Staff was incredibly hospitable. There are 9 restaurants. Food was okay. That was probably the only less than impressive part. However dinner at Portofino was fantastic! The filet mignon was to die for! Highly recommend this resort."
