The reception desk closed at 5 pm which is so early on and since there isn’t any transportation it was tough to coordinate anything because other than the receptionist nobody spoke English and she left after 5. Maybe it was off season but the whole place was uncharacteristically empty.

Ocean Allures is a beautiful hotel. The layout and grounds were well designed and maintained. It’s not a huge resort making everything easily accessible. Our room was very specious and clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was good. Buffet is not huge but has a fair selection and the à la carte restaurants were generally good too. The Japanese and French were our favourites. They have activities throughout the day, however, the resort is very quiet at night. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable week and would definitely return!

Great staff and beautiful views!! Only thing that could have made it 1,000 times better is if the pool wasn't so HOT!! The water was warm and not the cleanest. But other than that it was an amazing time and cant wait to visit again!

The hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained.. Unfortunately, the service was just average.
Some of the staff at the reception area came across as very pushy and inconsiderate which made us feel uncomfortable. At the restaurants, we also felt rushed while eating. The waiters and waitresses seemed impatient for us to finish our meals rather than allowing us to enjoy our dining experience at a relaxed pace.
Overall , the hotel itself was lovely, but the service could be much more welcoming, attentive and respectful of guests time, comfort and dining experience.

From the beautiful resort and amazing pools to the restaurants, service, and overall atmosphere, everything was fantastic. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially Paola, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. ❤️
The resort is beautiful, modern, clean, and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back again!
