This 9 bedroom tropical boutique hotel, nestled between its natural beauty of jungle and exotic animals does not fall short of luxury and comfort. Bedrooms exceed in ammenities, comfortable beds, pillows, snacks, mini bar. Onsite kitchen, offering limited but tasteful options. The staff is great, always willing to keep you entertained with conversation and very helpful. It is an adorable property, we enjoyed the spider monkeys and iguanas plus more animals we’d never seen. Landscaping is in its natural habitat and gorgeous. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay. Barrowd the bikes and pedaled to Go Mart for snacks and beverages. Getting to Xcaret was easy. Fernando, Rocio, Evon and the chefs are absolute gems.

If you’re looking to escape the city and truly relax, this is the perfect place. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. Although it’s an all-inclusive vegan resort, but we are not vegan , so we also enjoyed the fish and steak—they were delicious! The drinks were exceptional, and the staff was amazing—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

Room was always clean. The food at the restaurants was excellent. Would be back.

Amazing staff. Amazing property. If you want absolute luxury and comfort this is your hotel. From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here. If you want an all inclusive with gourmet food and fantastic attentive service, look no further than Hotel Mousai.

Many of the areas of the resort are showing wear and tear for it only being 6 months old. Humid in damp in the rooms with mold growing in some areas

Safe in room malfunctioning. Toilet wouldn’t flush periodically

The music at the adult pool bar needs to be looked into. Need more up beat, Spanish music. Staff is great and very friendly, the food is probably the best I’ve had at any resort in Cancun and the resort is very clean! Beach is not useable and there is a strong stench coming from the ocean due to heavy Sargassum. Overall, I would stay here again!

This is my 5th time staying at this property and just love it. Walking distance to the market. Staff are very polite! I celebrated my birthday with 11 friends. Give this property 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was really clean and everyone was so helpful and nice really close for shopping I love it I highly recommend
