Simple, clean, well kept rooms. Property is a bit out of way, 10 mins walk to local beach. There are a few dining options within walking distance if you dine outside hotel, else you must drive to one of nearby villages.

A good hotel
A good hotel, walkable distance from the lido area and beaches (courtesy bus also available). A short drive from the main town. Good swimming pool, plenty of parking, semi rural location. Clean room and a decent breakfast. Wifi in communal area.

Great value in a relaxed setting
Great breakfast and restaurant. Very clean and tidy rooms and grounds. Lovely pool. Very spacious layout and ample parking set in the olive trees. Within walking distance to the small village. Great value for money.

Amazing hotel in this absolutely incredible place known as Gargano, in the Italian region of Puglia. It is within easy reach to 2 UNESCO sites, beautiful sandy beaches, a fabulous National Park, romantic sun kissed towns, traditional restaurants offering delicious apulian food and wines, breathtaking panoramas, lakes and blue waters islands.

No sleep at all.
Many dogs barking ALL NIGHT constantly, very loud - sounded like right outside our door. Then at 4am roosters started crowing CONSTANTLY with the dogs until we got up at 8am after almost no sleep all night. The water is bad, it tastes and smells terrible like nothing I've ever experienced, just brushing your teeth is nauseating. No wi-fi or internet in the room. No cell service penetrates the walls in the room.

Good hotel
Family run hotel and restaraunt - made us feel welcome and valued guests . Situated on edge of a seaside village - easy to get to. Very helpful and friendly manager, GAbrielle.. HE did a lot to help us resolve a problem with our hire car. Room was fine , overlooking farmland to the hills beyond. Dinner was excellent, good choice, all wonderfully cooked.

This is a very nice hotel with good food. The restaurant terrace and the pool are beautiful and must be the best in the area by far. Outstanding. The room we had was functional and reflected the reasonable price.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL
The stay at this hotel has to be one of the most spectacular vacations we have ever experienced. Yes, the hotel was spotless, the rooms quite comfortable, and all the things one looks for in a hotel room quite nice. But, most memorable are the owners of this hotel. It is family run and what an incredible family. They take time to ensure that all is in order, to ensure that all questions are answered, to inform you of all the sites around the area...this one will go down in our family's memory as exceptional. The variety of the food was more than what we could imagine. They deserve 5 stars...or more!

Hanno sbagliato prenotazione. Eravamo in 2 con una bimba di 5 mesi e mi hanno fatto pagare per 3 mettendomi in una stanza tripla, ma minuscola, al 1 piano, con il bagno che era un tugurio ed il soffitto spiovente. Proposta di rimborso ridicola

Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, dass Zimmer klein aber sehr gemütlich, vor die Tür ein wunderschönen Garten, dass Restaurant war auch sehr gut und dass Meer war nah so etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß wir sind aber zu einen offenen Strand etwa 10 Minuten gefahren dort war ruhig und das wasser war warm und super sauber, es war ein wunderschönen Urlaub trotz Corona denn in Italien nimm man die Regeln gegen dass Virus sehr ernst.

Complesso di edifici a due piani semplice pulito, camera superiore abbastanza spaziosa , camera pulita. Colazione varia e abbondante. Per la piscina serve la cuffia. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Con la famiglia ci tornerei.

Sono ritornato in questo albergo dopo l'esperienza positiva di un anno fa in compagnia di un'altra coppia di amici e confermo pienamente la qualità dei servizi, la ristorazione eccellente, la gentilezza dei proprietari e la cortesia e professionalità di tutto il personale. Esperienza molto positiva. Hotel fruibile con poche difficoltà anche per molte persone in carrozzina. Stanza quasi perfetta in palazzina ben tenuta. L'hotel in buona posizione e soprattutto tranquillo ed immerso nel verde con una piscina a filo fruibile ed un servizio di ristorazione ottimo in cui usano anche loro prodotti biologici. Personale cortese. Vacanza perfetta.

Due passi in Gargano
Ubicazione albergo nel verde degli uliveti. Camere pulite, colazione buona ma sempre uguale, piscina a disposizione degli ospiti. A 500 m dalla spiaggia a cui si arriva mediante passaggio riservato. Nel complesso giudizio buono.

Prezzo ottimo, bellissimo hotel, tutto molto curato sia nella struttura che nell'ambiente che la circonda. 5 stelle in generale, ma una pecca è la distanza dalle città. Con la macchina in 20 minuti massimo si raggiungono Rodi e Vico del Gargano. Pecca a cui sopperisce l'hotel con un ottimo ristorante che non fa rimpiangere la passeggiatina serale fuori porta.

Ruhige Lage, professionell geführte Anlage, alles Wünschenswerte wie beschrieben vorhanden. Zimmer einfach, Swimming Pool Mitte Mai gerade vor der Eröffnung, Abendessen eher zu teuer für die gebotene Leistung. Dafür aber Preis für ÜF inclusive. Frühstück für 2 Pers. nicht zu unterbieten, Zimmer mit kleiner Aussenterasse. Insgesamt empfehlenswert

Esperienza positiva ristorante da consigliare(10% di sconto per chi soggiorna) piatti abbondanti e buoni, buona la colazione sia dolce che salata bel posto immerso negli ulivi e nella campagna a pochi passi dal mare con servizio navetta gratuito per la spiaggia e lido privato convenzionato con l hotel. Carina la palestra e la sala giochi per i più piccoli. Unica pecca, camere poco insonorizzate. Stanze pulite e comode.

Al nostro arrivo,intorno ora di pranzo con 38° ed un sole rabbioso, la prima impressione della struttura era molto bene. Quando ci hanno accompagnato alla stanza, all'aprire la porta era uscito un tanfo puzzolente di fogna. Inoltre non c'era l'aria condizionata, ossia c'era un termoconvettore, ma non era accesso! Sapendo che la struttura era al completo e noi dovevamo restare solo una notte abbiamo cercato di arieggiare la stanza ma non è servito a nulla. In più abbiamo trovato sporco ed era decadente. Una vera delusione visto la struttura bella sia in foto che per fuori. Di sicuro non consiglierò questa struttura. In compenso abbiamo mangiato bene al ristorante anche se il cameriere si dimenticava di portarci le cose ordinate! Vi auguro di migliorare.
