"We got the executive room, and the bed was so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs on the mattress. I was very glad to leave this hotel room. I also heard from friends staying on the second floor that it was very warm in the rooms upstairs, and there’s no AC. For these 2 reasons I wouldn’t stay here again."

"The bath had an 8 inch long section of rust on the rim and lime scale build up on the bottom part of the shower door. Other than that the rest was lovely. The pillows were very thin and felt like rolled up carpet, how I wish I had taken my feather pillow. The bed felt nice and comfy when sat on the side but both my wife and I had a poor night's sleep, she woke with back ache and I had a painful hip from being a side sleeper. On a positive the room was nice and clean. We ate at Leo's and we both had a nice meal. Would we return - no."

"i like staying at this hotel and the rooms are always clean. The bar restaurant area was a real mess! Untidy, old food plates and glasses/cups everywhere. Floor dirty and unkempt. My salad was less than ok. not a described, missing ingredients. The staff were over run and under real pressure Will stay again, definitely won't eat."

"Voco is a nice hotel, however it is quite a walk to the centre of Oxford and not really centel as it might claim. I was dissapointed with the cost of parking even though there is lots of parking available and Voco is very expensive you still had to pay more for parking and the EV charging was also very expensive."
