"Overall experience was fine but there are two noticeable things. Firstly, there wasn't any complementary water bottles in the room and just to quench my thirst I'd to go to bar to fillin my personal water bottle and secondly, there wasn't any spa slipppers in the room."

"The property is on the perfect location, right on the heart of the city centre and the train station. But there were loud noises, music and people shouting from 11pm to 4am both days we were staying there. The windows are not sealed very well that it made it impossible to sleep."

"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing ..."
