This was basically transportation to Windsor Castle and jumping the line with tickets, which is fabulously helpful. The Tour is self guided with audio at every point, which is great so you can go at your own speed. The huge downside is that you are there from 3 to 5, which is definitely enough time, but the chapel closes at 4 PM and nobody told us that. The two things to see are the state apartments and the chapel, so if you do the state apartment first you don’t get to see the chapel. If the tour representatives told you that the chapel closed at four so you can do the chapel first and then the state apartments it would be great. We left there not being able to see the chapel which is 25 to 30% of the experience. Very disappointing although, the rest was fine.
