"Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a huge selection of food in a pleasant space. Bedroom was soundproofed and had blackout curtains and a very comfortable bed. Housekeeping was done daily. Nice collection of teas, bottle of water and coffee available. There was a hairdryer and a clothes steamer. Good quality toiletries were provided. Bar staff were pleasant and professional."

"The hotel is so well placed and convenient. The staff are great and the breakfast is good. Rooms are fine but the lobby and eating areas are very tired and shabby. I thought they were shabby last year but to my surprise, no renovations have been done. The hotel is always busy so why has it not been upgraded?"
