"House was very clean comfortable and updated. Neighborhood is a little sketchy although we had no problems. A keurig would be great and alot easier."

"The jacuzzi tub helps a lot to relax after exploring Cleveland. The creaky floor throughout the home creates a quant and old-feeling atmosphere even though all the fixtures seem new and top of the line. The trees surrounding the property are fantastically beautiful. It is a quiet street and a quiet house to relax in."

"This property suited our needs—minimal kitchen, garage for bike storage, walkable to restaurants—but needs a little extra TLC to get it back into top form. A deep cleaning and new, fresh linens (bedding + towels) would go a long way."

"We booked this place for a basketball tournament at the I X Center. It was a very short drive to and from there which made things convenient for us. The property met all our needs and would stay again if we have the opportunity. The owners were quick to respond to our questions."

"Needing to be spending several days doing to do tests at Cleveland Clinic, this was the first time we decided to do a Vrbo rather than a hotel. Perfectly located and quiet, even with the windows open at night. Ken was more than gracious, allowing us a later check out so we didn't have to sit at the clinic waiting for my appointment. We are so grateful!"

"We've stayed at many Vrbo and other properties. This was one of the nicest ones by far. We're used to bringing soaps, TP, garbage bags,etc but this house was fully stocked. Dan really thought of everything! There were even dog bowls and a leash! I noticed too that many of the property owners keeps decorations to a bare minimum, out of fear of theft I'm guessing. Not so here. There were decorative vases, pictures, chatchkies, even a large light up globe -- all of which i really appreciated. Good...

"Rented this place over Christmas holiday for for extended family to stay while in the area visiting parents. Very clean, newly renovated, lots of room, sleeps 8. In a great location close to groceries, shopping, national park, Hudson, Peninsula, Kent, Akron. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in town."

"Great remodel, but plumbing gurgles loudly with storm through sink in kitchen, loud enough to wake you up at 2:00 am. The furnace is very loud and when shuts off and on you can feel it through the floor and is extremely loud going on and off line it’s breaking. I sent a recommendation to the owner. They also have stock responses that are a bit off with responses…."

"The building definitely has some crazy odors, but the room itself smelled really nice. It was clean and comfy. I stayed with my husband and 2 year old and it was a little small for us but would definitely stay again if it was just me and my husband! Host was amazing and had great communication. The location was great, we were going to a show and were within walking distance of the theater."
