"Some issues with dates for booking but did get things sorted eventually. Would be nice to have a way to communicate that is not a phone number as from out of country do not want to be calling. (WhatsApp or text)"

"Most enjoyable stay, the room we had was spacious and beautifully decorated with a view of the river, and the bed was the softest we had ever slept in! Staff were really lovely and helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the beginning of our stay. Breakfast was especially good but the main menu was somewhat limited although of high quality, There was a small car park on site, and plenty of on-road parking although this was very busy during the day. However there was a large quay-side carpark opposite the hotel so there were no problems with parking. Will definitely return and cannot recommend them highly enough."
