"We had an extended family break in relatively poor weather, so we were not able to enjoy the grounds which would have been a great plus. Dispute this we totally enjoyed the property with its large rooms. The kitchen is a galley lay out but worked better for us with little people. The hosts were outstanding with a us especially as we caused a few unforeseen issues."

"The cottage is a bit tired but well equiped, clean and comfortable. The instructions to find the key were terrible! it says get them from a key safe padlocked to the front railings at the front of the house and they were at the back, attached to the house. Google maps cannot find the address so we followed the instructions given. It mentions a car show room that it is not there anymore (a convenient Tesco instead). "A beautiful little cottage, modern and very clean. Lovely decor and very pet friendly. The owners could not have been friendlier, such a nice helpful couple. Plenty of places to visit within a short distance. For a dog friendly beach, it has to be beautiful Summerleaze in Bude, with it's beach Lido, there's also a beautiful walk along the canal. I would highly recommend this lovely cottage."
