Our room was at the back of the hotel and on the first floor, with no lift. My wife is on crutches so getting to the room was a struggle. Also, the room was very small. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. We release that there is always a little more noise at weekends, but we could clearly hear the beats of a nearby club until the early hours of the morning. Tip - If staying at the weekend, ask for a room at the front section of the hotel. We love the hotels position for the shops etc and the staff are fantastic.
