All staff we encountered were helpful, polite and friendly. Rooms very comfortable and modern. Will definitely book again next time we stay in Loughborough."

"Room were very clean and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable. Nothing was too much for the staff. Everyone was so helpful and polite. Large choice at breakfast and everything was cooked to perfection. The spa facilities were a lovely bonus. We've stayed at a number of Crowne Plaza hotels but I have to say Nottingham is our favorite. The staff are a real credit to the hotel. Thank you for an enjoyable stay."

Good location, parked at the train station and walked from there. Did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Would recommend, and stay there again.Thank you."
