We booked a 2 night stay here to celebrate my wife's birthday , we wanted a relaxing weekend and the white horse seemed to offer what we were looking for . Right from check-in i realised we had definitely picked the right place . We received a warm and friendly welcome and were shown to our room . Clean, very well presented country house feel in town . Beds were very comfortable and linen was delightful. Lovely breakfast and lots of coffee offered and taken. Bathroom clean and plenty of towels. Javier was lovely host. Would definitely stay again.

Would highly recommend staying at the Gonalston Boutique. Not only was the room beautiful and clean, and the breakfast delicious, but the owner was the most wonderful host. She made us feel very welcome and was lovely to chat with. My only disappointment is with myself, that I did not discover this excellent place sooner! We will definitely be back. What a gem Creston Villa is! Thanks to Anna and Iain who made our stay a real home from home. From the breakfast with lots of choice, including so many jams, marmalades and relishes to homemade cookies to take with us for a later treat. We loved everything and we didn’t need to know anything about Lincoln before our trip, we could’ve learned it all at breakfast! Great location, easy walk into town or use the local bus service from just outside the property. Highly recommend. Thank you x

Staff were fantastic. Room was clean. Only problem we would say is the temperature of the shower. It was warm and that was as hot as we could get it. Other than that we really enjoyed the bar and restaurant. The Sunday Roast was SUPERB.

Everything was great from checking in to checking out. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious and comfortable and hotel had a great ambience.

Our second time here so had no concerns about coming again. Again everything was p to expectation and it was great value for money.

I can not say enough good thigs about this place. The receptionist Charlotte was super welcoming, friendly and extremley helpful. Natalie the house keep was really accomodating and asked if there was anything extra we needed like: shampoo, towels, pillows. Great staff and a great stay, the room was good, the bed was comfy and the room smelled amazing and was very clean. Def book this place! I would def book this place again.
