Nice hotel, rooms are a good size. Staff friendly but breakfast was chaotic..

Looks a bit grim from the outside and had a little difficulty finding the entrance as it is all shuttered on the ground floor which was a little worrying. Once inside though found the staff incredibly helpful and the rooms very comfortable for the price. The bathrooms and a self-service kitchen area are shared but kept very clean. Transport to and from the city was within easy reach as there's bus stop is outside and Wavertree train station is nearby. They also have the most secure parking...

Excellent standard of hotel. Really liked the room, dinner, breakfast, atmosphere. The only minor negatives were the amount of listed TV channels which didn't work, no radio stations and our AC didn't seem to function although we didn't mention it to staff. Thoroughly recommend.

Loved our stay. Would recommend to anyone coming to Liverpool - will definitely be returning!

This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold. When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Excellent hotel the staff are amazing

The property was well kept, spotlessly clean. In a fantastic location if you want to be where all the night life is going on. Obviously very noisy as your sounded by great pubs clubs and amazing atmosphere.This did not bother us and still managed to get off to sleep. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Friendly and good service

Had a lovely stay, nice and quiet, good location and a car park next door. We will definitely stay again the rooms are huge and a great shower.

The hotel has a wonderful ambience , probably created by the staff who are extremely helpful and friendly, as well as hard working. The cleanliness and efficiency is created by this commitment shown by the personell

We were directly above the Beatles Story and couldn’t hear a thing 😁 Lovely quiet room and we liked the exposed brick in the room

Everything was wonderful! Literally next door to the M&S arena. Perfect if you’re going to a concert!
