"Hotel Arlette was great!! We showed up late, after hours, but check-in was straightforward and easy. The room was spotless, older and small (retro), but comfortable and clean. We loved it. The location is great. Easy walk to train station and downtown. The staff whom we met the next morning was so nice. "
"Love the design of the rooms in this hotel, bathroom was gorgeous and had really nice toiletries - so no need to pack your own. It’s self check in, but that was easy. Very close to the station and in a nice area."

"Great hotel and location for the price. Very friendly and efficient staff. Mauro was very helpful with check in and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and sights to see. The coffee and tea available 24hrs was a nice touch. Very close to the botanical gardens which was lovely. "
"Amazing hotel right in the heart of it all! Steps to Old Town ( without the noise!) and upscale shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly and the restaurant next door ( DuPont) was excellent! "
"Given it was a hotel near airport, it checked all the boxes expected for such a property. There was construction going on inside the hotel, and although it was contained, it led to dust at places and we found open beer bottles in lounge area later at night, which didn't leave a good impression.
The night staff was helpful when asked a question but otherwise were too busy chit chatting amongst themselves.
We would probably pick a different place next time - despite this being a very affordable stay."
