There was also other people hairs still in the bed. The pillows were completely flat and useless. It’s more of an office building and not suitable for guest stay. You hear everyone’s noise walk or talking with any level in the building. You won’t have privacy. The bathrooms are too small and looks like it was installed in. The builder didn’t seem to be suitable for hotel space. It‘s too far from the center. It’s impossible to walk to the center and will need to use transport to go anywhere. Not even one face towel. There’s no one there to help you and when you try to call the number to get help, they only answer at certain times. Then you must try to get an answer through email. One night our lights in our room WOULD NOT TURN OFF. Never had that problem before. It was late and we were tired and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone to help us and when someone finally called, they were rude and unhelpful. We had to find the breaker and switch our room off to make the lights go out to get some sleep but then of course nothing else worked so we couldn’t charge our phones or anything. The room had NO cool air and was extremely hot all the time. We spent a lot of money to stay there so DONT DO IT.
